At Dewey’s Designs, every item is handmade and personalised with care 💖

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised or custom-made items unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible ✨

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The buyer covers return postage costs

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Personalisation

Please ensure all spelling, dates, names, and personalisation details are entered correctly when ordering, as we cannot be responsible for customer errors.

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and handmade/custom processes.
